We observed two cases of fungemia caused by C. lipolytica, one of them in a 12-year-old child with cystic pancreatic fibrosis in advanced phase and another in a 86-year-old woman who presented vesical neoformation with peritoneal fibrosis, bilateral hydronephrosis and recurrent urinary tract infections.
